I get this when i try to play tracks on my premium account "An error has occurred. Error ID: 2" I have a UE40ES5505 samsung smart tv..can someone help me? Thank you :)

ID 2 is some sort of communication error which used to come up regularly on Samsung TVs until a firmware release fixed it. It might be worth checking that your TV has a good network connection and doble-check there isn't another firmware update available from the support menu. In my experience, auto update never seems to work.

It says its 1028 and it says it cant find any new updates, but it is a 1030update right?

Depends on the TV and country. I'm no Samsung TV expert but maybe their support guys can help?
