My Question or Issue

 Members of my family account are able to show genius “behind the lyrics” on chrome cast. I have tried everything but can not figure out how to get this feature working properly.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. 

Does your "behind the lyrics" work on your phone when not being casted? 

If not, you can go through the settings in spotify on your phone and turn on "behind the lyrics" 

And it is not anything that you can simply turn on so it works on chrome cast, it should work automatically. If you continue to have trouble, feel free to ask more questions!
