deleting songs from library

Once I move a song to a new playlist can I delete it from my main song library without it deleting the song from everything? Will it still be in my playlist?

Yes. 

Your playlists are independent of each other and from your library. (Your Music)

So, you'll not lose the song from everywhere if you delete it from your library or from one of your playlists : )
