a black rolling bar appears on my screen while playing songs with webplayer on chrome. Nothing similar with Firefox or Edge. See attachment.

I don't think so as ther's no problem with Firefox and Edge on the same display, only with previous version of Chrome : 74.
looks ok now with Chrome 75. really really strange...
That seems like an hardware problem. Check your screen cables and try again. There could be no link between playing music and a black bar across the whole screen, even outside the player.

Is the bar still there when you minimize chrome?
yes it was still there, but looks definitely ok now with chrome 75.
