My Question or Issue

 Hi!

I can login in the Webplayer. But if i play a song the player say: "Your Browser is not supported". I use the newest Chrome Version **bleep**.0.3497.100 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit).

Why can't play anything? What can i do?

Regards

Andy

Hey @onestranger1,

Thanks for getting in touch!

We can see you are also running Firefox on your computer. Could you let us know if the Webplayer works there?

Looking forward to your reply.

Have a nice day!

Hello Guido

The Webplayer runs in Firefox with no limitations.

I copy the link from Firefox and paste in Chrome. Result: "This browser does not support Spotify Webplayer."

I will use Chrome because there is a extention that Firefix does not have.

Best 4 U!

Hey @onestranger1, let's try some other things.

Can you try opening the Web Player in an incognito window and see if anything changes?

We also suggest that you check that you don't have the content blocked on your Chrome. We can see on your address bar that there's some kind of warning symbol, so make sure to check that out and allow the website.

Let us know if that helps! 🙂

Hi!

i used the incognito window, but nothing changed.

The warning symbol was from the cockie-mangagment. Now i have all cockies accept and Ghostery and AdBlock Ultimate disabled, but also nothing changed.
