get**bleep** together already

it took me 45 minutes to figure out how to post a complaint. 

that's my first complaint. 

My second complaint is that shuffle DOES NOT WORK. 

I hit shuffle on a playlist with 500 songs, and I hear the same 5 songs EVERY TIME. 

I scroll down and choose another song. It pretends to work for 45 seconds. Then it plays THE EXACT SAME SONG I have already heard 7 million times. 

THen I get **bleep** off and put on a CD. Eventually I will cancel my subscription, as will millions of other people. 

Can you maybe hire one person who isn't a complete **bleep** and fix this simple problem? it could save your company
