Unfortunately, if your account was created through Facebook, thats the only way to sign in. You can create a new account through Spotify directly and contact Support to have them move your playlists over to the new account, but you will lose the music saved under Albums, Artists, and Songs in "Your Music."
They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.
Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
