Spotify says it sent me a password for my device so i can log in and enjoy on my onkto reciever but have tried 5 times in 4 days and no password yet... WTH!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

First thing to do is double check the email isn't getting caught by an spam/junk folders you might have. If you are still having issues get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same problem.
Spotify mails already come in my inbox, but no mail for my password.

I have send a mail to Spotify about this too.

Maybe Spotify can look into this?
