only hear static

i downloaded spotify again and when i tried to play my playlist, i only heard static. i tried logging in and out, and even uninstalling the app, but it hasn't worked. i know it isn't just my speaker because when i listen to youtube or something else, it works fine.

In this case it'd be a good idea to check if you observe the same after connecting to a different network. If it works with another connection we suggest contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.

If you're using LG mobile phone take a look at this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. You can follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
