My Question or Issue

No longer able to use a web browser to play music.

Two problems, same computer, different web browsers.

Microsoft Edge:

After logging in, I'm redirected to a page "Enable player in your browser."  I click through to eventually download KB3133719-x64.msu from Microsoft.  I download the file from Microsoft.  Installer exits with "The update is not compatible with your computer."

I can't install the update, Edge does not render the default page after logging in successfully.

Google Chrome:

Enter open.spotify.com into web browser.

Enter credentials successfully.

https://open.spotify.com/browse/featured is a black page.  No text. Just the black background style.

I can't install the application on the company's computer. Which, I totally understand and respect.

Have you tried opening the Web Player in an incognito browser window/tab? That tends to help solve the isuse. Do get back to us if it doesn't and we'll help to further troubleshoot it.
