My Question or Issue

I use the web player a lot so I don't need an extra window open on my computer when i'm using the internet. I've never had any problems with it before, but starting approximately two months ago started having really bad loading problems. It'll play fine for a few hours and then suddenly stop playing mid-song and refuse to replay, and when i refresh the page i get the 'something went wrong' error, and it will happen again and again. Sometimes it bugs out for a number of hours, but still play fine through the app. What is happening??

Thanks for reaching out - we’re here to help!
 

We'd suggest you first try again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

It's also a good idea to restart the network device (router or modem), log out and log back in to the Spotify app. This should fix the issue you're experiencing.
