something weird in a song

Hello, I was listening to a song called The Best of Times by Perry Como, from the album "The Essential Perry Como" https://open.spotify.com/track/06wqSj28pkOtK7cxrihkTq?si=AFmM8XMvT0WPm30PaNztgw 

and at 1:11 there's a strange shouting sound that seems to be from another song I suppose. It scared me while I was listening to the track, I would like to know if it's an error of Spotify or of the track itself.
