spotify won't play on squeezebox radio

Hi there.

I have this od problem. I own a squeezebox duet and use spotify daily. Resently I purchased a squeezebox radio for my daughter in hope that she could play all of the music on our NAS and of couse spotify. The problem is that, I can see all my playlist and favourites in spotify on the radio, but when I try to play a song, the radio shows a message : "You need a subscribtion to use spotify " I have a premium subscribtion and use a third party plugin on the logitech media server. How can it be that i can use spotify on my duet and not on the squeezebox radio ????

Problably because you are using the default Spotify app on you Radio. Uninstall this program from your LMS and use Triode's 3rd Party Spotify plugin instead. You'll be pleased with the result.

EDIT: since you are using a duet to listen to Spotify, you must be using the Triode Plugin already. On your Radio, look for the ORANGE Spotify icon instead of the green one. Then it should work.
