web player facebook login black screen problem

im already logged in spotify.com but open.spotify.com says log in with spotify again and when i clicked that button shows a popup screen then disappears. open.spotify.com/login writes in adress bar and screen is black. What will we solve this?
i wanna use web player.

Is this happening with other web browsers? We suggest that you open the Web Player in an incognito window. Also make sure that you have pop-ups enabled on your browser. 

We strongly suggest that you have your web browser up-to-date. Check the browser settings. 

If that doesn't work, let us know what web browser you use, and get back with a screenshot.
