[BB] my account opened elsewhere and all my playists deleted??

Hi.

My name is Max and I've been useing spotify premium for 2 months.

Last night I was listening to it on my blackberry via my home wifi and it stoped playing. There was a message saying that my account had been opened elsewhere... After this all my playlists have gone!

Any ideas?

Hi Max 🙂 

It sounds like someone else might be using your account, if you are sure that you where only logged in on your BB.

Don't panic, just change your password as soon as possible and then drop a post onto this topic asking for all your active logins to be closed. That will get everyone else off your account for sure. 

Next, the community staff should be able to restore your playlists for you, just drop a post onto this topic.
