Cannot add track to playlist

I am using Roku 3 with an Internet TV. I am adding to an existing playlist. For third day in a row all I get is the spinner.

Found a "solution": Spotify's own Discover Weekly playlist is not working, it just keeps "loading" with 0 tracks. As a side-effect, it blocks all lists from displaying in the Add Track dialogue. By un-following Discover Weekly, I can make adding tracks work.

Now, when is Spotify going to fix their own feature, the Discover Weekly list?
