I have a family account and listen to Spotify on a daily basis. I've created several playlists this year, found tons of artists and religiously listen to Discover Weekly and Release Radar. I must have listened to thousands of hours overall.

However, when accessing, I'm told "Unfortunately, we don't have enough data about how you listened this year to serve you the full experience."

I was really looking forward to this (after last years) and I don't understand what I've done wrong.Screen Shot 2017-12-14 at 15.46.51.png



Is there anything I can do?

Does the family account link directly to you or is there another group identity? If so, the data might be stored  there?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but I've had a premium account for some time, which I upgraded to family account and invited my family who all use it independently of me. Not sure this has any impact on my issue?
