$30 fee

I pay the student fee for spotify premium. Last month I was charged $30 for not having sufficient funds in my account to pay the fee. I was not emailed or informed. I was just charged this large fee. I was unaware the fee existed and I was unaware what day of the month, my payment would be due. Is there any way I can be reimbursed this one time for the $30. I am a struggling college student and cannot afford this when I was completely unaware of the situation. I have used spotify for a long time and have gotten friends to subscribe to it as well, so I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!
