Issues accessing the web player

Hey folks,

 

We're seeing reports that users are unable to access the web player and are seeing error messages like "upstream request timeout" and "upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: overflow"

GUYS I FOUND A SOLUTION I THINK. CLOSE UR BROWSER COMPLETELY AND ANY OTHER PROGRAMS U HAVE ON THEN OPEN THE BROWSER AGAIN AND GO TO SPOTIFY, I HOPE THIS HELPS

I downloaded the app on my computer and It said the same exact thing you just need to delete the app and it will hopefully start to work again

Well, this wasn't fixed, it just started to happen to me too. 

This is happening on Chrome, and no, I don't want to use the app, thank you.
