A Spotify course has not been made free until the time advertised

I was completing "The 16 Steps to Start and Scale a Multi-Million-Pound Business by Steven Bartlett" course which was advertised as being free to access up until today 23/10/2024, but when I tried to access the course today (23/10/2024), I was unable to access the course content for free like how I was able to yesterday.

I contacted Spotify via the chat and they just kept on changing the operator that I was talking to, every time that it became clear I was right in stating that the course should be available up until today to access for free.

I would like to make a formal complaint.
