I logged on a few minutes to listen to some music on the web player and I found that a lot of songs are under 1,000 listens on the artist page even though the songs showed that they have been listened to more than 1,000 times on the album page the last day. Now it shows that each song has been listened to less than 1,000 times on both the artist and album page. Anyone else having this problem?

I contacted the Spotify crew and they said the counter will be up again shortly, they're just doing general improvements to it.

Hi Houseman23, I noticed the same problem for my music. Until 2 days ago my songs had more than 1000 plays, some of them also almost 3000...I logged on few minutes ago and all my songs have less than 1000 plays...I was searching a solution on this community...

I didn't know the community otherwise I had subscribed before. I don't know how to use well Spotify yet. I was searching a solution on google and found the community 😄
This is horrible, I went on Imagine Dragon's and Ed Sheeran's page and all their songs were reset...

Our song is on this album and on all the songs it says <1000 views and I don`t understand why? shouldn`t there be an accurate count on the number of plays of the song? I see in this forum that this has happend to others.

It could be that your song could just have under 1,000 plays. Spotify doesn't give an accurate play count when your song has <1000 plays. Spotify will only show the number of plays if the song gets over 1000 plays.
That's what I think, I am not certain. Do not take my word for this.

the same thing happened to me but after a few days it got back to normal so maybe just shut out of spotify and go back in again!

This is an issue for me too. Any fixes? Relogged, reinstalled, still no fix.
My started working again after I reinstalled but just today it started doing the same thing again so I'm going to contact spotify to see if they can fix it!
