Spotify adds all music available to them. Unfortunately,sometimes the artist/label don’t want certain tracks/album onspotify, which is why they can’t be found.

I can confirm the album is in the catalogue but only currently available in the US and Canada. Hopefully it will be made available everywhere else soon!
