Adding Picture to Profile

I am trying to add aprofile picture to my account. When I go to "edit account", there is no place to add or change any picture. Is this because I don't have Premium?

Hi, if you connected your spotify to your Facebook account, you can change your profile picture on  Facebook and your profile picture on Spotify will change as well.

I appreciate your reply, but I don’t have a Facebook account, and I would not like to make one either.

I have a premium account, and I am also not able to add a picture to my profile. Please help! 🙂
