Ads freezing yet playlist continues in background

As previously posted the destop version of Spotify is freezing up on certain Ads (Aquafina sparkling ad speicifcally but also KFC, etc).  Once you reload the page and press play, playback continues but it's in the middle of the next song which means it's been playing, just in some background dimension.  The last time I posted about this the moderators said to clear my cookies and blah blah blah.  Did this, doesn't work.  It's those ads specifically that break the already garbage desktop version of Spotify.

Yes the desktop version is garbage.

If you're still experiencing this, please be sure to check if there is an update for your browser available that might fix this issue for you. Clearing the browser cache/cookies can also help sometimes. ^^
