Album exists on spotify but can't be played

So the album "regional at best" by twenty one pilots exists on spotify as is shown when you search for it on google but it can't be played. Is that just a problem that I have or is it a bug that spotify hasn't fixed or what? Anyone that knows what's going on?

When you search for it through a search engine and find it, can you access the album from Spotify there? If so, please get back to us with a screenshot of the search query, and the URI of the album, and we'll help you out. 

Keep in mind that availabilty of some content may vary over time and between countries for many types of reasons depending on the permissions from rights holders. This is why some content may not be available in the app even if they're searchable elsewhere.
