Alexa Spotify skill- can't connect due to geographical restrictions

Hello, i pay for Spotify, this msg is regarding my partner's account. This morning Spotify skill on Alexa was working fine, I accidently disabled it, then Alexa informed me that Spotify skill wasn't enabled, I tried to enable it again and now it says "You are not eligible to enable this skill due to geographical restrictions"

I live in Jersey channel Islands and have never had this issue before, what should I do?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with this one.

Could you double check that your Amazon and Spotify accounts are both correctly set to your country? You can check this for Spotify by navigation to the Country or region section of your account page. Should you need to update that setting, you can have a look at this guide.

If that doesn't fix thing, we recommend that you run a clean reinstall for both the Spotify and Alexa apps and try linking the services anew. This page can help for Spotify.

I tried using a VPN connected to the USA on my Alexa App (iPhone) and tried adding the Spotify skill again. It worked.
