Alexa fails to play a playlist to a group, says the song isn't in my plan

Alexa fails to play a playlist to a group, says the song isn't in my plan

In the Alexa app, when I try to play a playlist to a speaker group (e.g., "Everywhere"), it now says "Cannot play the song because it is not available with your music plan". This has worked fine before, as recently as a couple days ago. Also, playing to a single device sometimes works, sometimes fails saying Spotify is not available.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

To start investigating this issue, we’ll need to gather as much info as possible. So first, is this happening with just one song, or with all the songs you've tried?

Also, would you mind checking if the issue persists when using a different speaker to play that specific song? This will give us a better look at the issue.


Lastly, it would be great if you could try it using a different Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it on.
