Alexa isn't recognizing new playlists

I'm able to connect Alexa and Spotify successfully and also to ask for playlists on echo device.

But it doesn't recognize any new playlist I've created. it only works with the playlists existing when I link both accounts.

I've tried to unlink the accounts and link them again without positive results.

Moreover, Echo's device names are also out of date on spotify's desktop app. It's a minor error, but very unconfortable and possibly related with playlists updating error.
