I recently had to change my Amazon password which caused me to have to reset my Amazon Echo. Upon doing so I went to re-link my Spotify account through the Alexa App, but it keeps telling me "You've reached the end of Alexa's knowledge. Just kidding. This skill no longer exists" is this something I did wrong? Please help, I just want my music back..
On july 10, 2025, the Spotify Alexa Skill disappear from the Alexa installed Skills and Alexa Skill search shows the Spotify Skill, but after click on it, a message is displayed saying that the Skill does not exists
Mine suddenly stopped working just now saying the skill no longer exists. July 10, 2025.

Got the problem this morning.
And following one advise, i send a message to the support on amazon website.
The support solves the matter in 5 minutes.

He told me that was a problem between to countries (FR and BEL). He changed that and it has been working in a second.
