Amazon Echo - Certain Playlists No Longer Play

We're using a Family Account, with several Amazon Echo devices in the house.  There is a "house account" that Amazon has linked, so our cell phones should not interfere.

In the last few months, we've been noticing that certain playlists will just no longer play anymore.  As in, Alexa acts as if she found the (correct) playlist, says she's playing it ... and it plays nothing.  It seems to be getting worse.  We can play these same playlists just fine using our phones or desktop PCs.

A good example, is that we like to put on "Hawaiian Dreams" playlist from Spotify, for our young children's bedtime.  But - while it used to play just fine on Echo devices - it has not for several months now.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!  Thanks.

I am having the same issue. I originally thought it was a Sonos issue as I use multiple Alexa Enabled Sonos devices but I removed the Sonos from my Alexa account and I am having the same issue.

Have you tried updating the software on your Amazon Echo to the latest version? And making sure your spotify app is fully up to date on the device that is connected to the Echo?

If that doesn't work, I guess it's a glitch on behalf of Amazon or Spotify!
