Amazon Echo can no longer find any artist on Spotify as of today

I have premium for family service and I use it with my Alexa Echo dot. It has worked perfectly for a year. Now it says it can't find songs from blank. It can't find any artists or songs as of today. I've unlinked and relinked. What else can I do?

Same happened to me this week. Every time I ask...

"Alexa play songs by [any artist]."

She responds with...

"I can't find songs by [any artist]."

I can get the Echo to recognize the name of my playlists and play those. But it won't recognize any artist-specific commands.
