An album is missing when i try to listen to it

An album is missing when i try to listen to it

I tried to look at an album but the album was missing from the artist profile. It does open with a link but only 3 songs are available. This only happens with my main (old) account, with my new account it works perfectly fine.

Hey @cornmeal, thanks for the info.

 

Actually, I can also see only 3 songs in the album. Do you remember when you created the new account (where you can see all songs) there was any VPN active? Check if the songs are streamable in that account.

 

If so, try to stream the songs on that account on another platform as well, like the mobile app, web player, or desktop app.

 

One of the reasons why content could be unavailable is licensing deals. The publisher can decide to restrict their content or take it down in certain regions, in which case, there is not much the platform (like Spotify) can do. Refer to this article for more info: Missing Music or Podcasts.

I think i might had vpn on while creating the new account actually. I dont exactly remember but i have vpn on frequently. And i can stream the songs on that account. The country in settings is the same though because i changed it to my own country
