An error occurred try again....

For several weeks now I have been having an error occur message pop up on my Spotify account and it is becoming very aggravating, I cannot fully use my premium account which is telling me I wasted my money. I have tried numerous alternatives like signing out and restarting, or deleting the app and reinstalling and then restarting. The most it does is fix for an hour and then the error occur pops up again... Patience is wearing thin help 😡

What does that error message say?

"An error occurred" "try again"

I press try again and it keeps saying the same thing. I am unsure if this is a bug in the software but it does not fix when I hit try again. It's as if it's saying I'm not online yet my phone is online. The reason this is a problem is because it will not allow me to look up any music.

What phone you have? Have you tried to use Spotify Desktop App?

I have a iPhone 5. I also do not have a computer 😕 it's seriously a big issue and apparently very common it is indeed a bug they need to fix.

No ideas? Are they going to release a update to fix this?
