The song keeps "jumping" like it was a scrached cd.

First time, almost 2 years ago, you told me that you were working on it.

It can take a while for Spotify to fix a broken song.

The artist's publisher would have to submit a new copy to Spotify so they can upload a new better version of it.

Until the artist's publisher does this, Spotify can't do anything about it.

I suggest you contact the artist if you can.
