Anchor Login not working

My Question or Issue:

Since Anchor change to Spotify for Podcasters my login information doesn't work anymore. I have no access to my content, at all!

I know the information, email and password, but always ... "Invalid username or password."

Forgot Password ? - those email never came.

I need help plz! ... thanks!

I had this same issue. Here's how I recovered my podcast:

1. Sign in to the Spotify for Creators website with your current Spotify account.
2. Click "Add New Show."
3. Select "Find an Existing Show."
4. When asked where it is hosted, click "Spotify for Creators" (since it used to be Anchor).
5. Enter the name or email associated with the podcast.
6. Type the email you used for your Anchor account.
7. You will receive a verification code from Spotify for Creators via email.
8. Enter the verification code, and your podcast will be added!

We’ve tried doing this process, but we’re not receiving the code. We’ve also tried emailing Spotify, but haven’t received a reply.
