Android Spotify app not working (freezing) [ANDROID]

Hello.

My spotify app on android started to not responding when a launch it. Always when I start to play Spotify on my phone, it freezes randomly, but generally before I could enter on a playlist.

I did a reinstallation (but not clean, because I dont know how to erase and where to find the residual files) and didnt work.

If someone know how to solve this issue, please, answer.
