Annual playlists (e.g Best songs of 2015 etc)

Why it is so popular social network with really great ideas and can't even do a playlists as YT did (When you type for example in YT: "2015 music" or "2010 music" then there are a lot of playlists MADE BY YOUTUBE with great music, not this a bit s#tty "explore" playlists as Spotify do with a lot of low quality songs.

I'm not sure if it's a regional thing but I received a "top 100 played tunes of 2016" at the end of last year. I hope they haven't got rid of it as I'm really looking forward to my 2017 one...
