Autoplay not working anymore!

Autoplay not working anymore!

My autoplay feature is not functioning on any device. I haven't changed any settings in a long time and my plan is premium, but I've checked to ensure autoplay is still enabled. I even tried turning it off and on again but to no avail. The only recent change I made was connecting an Alexa device to my Spotify account and that's when I noticed the autoplay issue. Can you please assist me as autoplay is a crucial feature for me.

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • The model, OS version and Spotify version of the devices where Autoplay doesn't work,
  • Have you checked whether the issue persists when using a different account on those devices?
