[BB] Blackberry 9900 Playlists not showing up on phone after reset

Hi,

 

My Playlists were a mess on my phone, loads of duplicates and don't know why.

 

So went into settings and reset playlists.

 

Now none of my playlists are showing up and this was roughly 30 minutes ago.

 

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Are you playlist still showing up if you sign into the desktop client?

I would suggest you try logging out and in again on the desktop client, then completely removing the Spotify application from your phone, doing a soft reset (instructions are mid way down this page) and then reinstalling the application from app world. 

 

Also when you are logging into the new install, connecting to WiFi might speed up the sync process.

Are you playlist still showing up if you sign into the desktop client?

I would suggest you try logging out and in again on the desktop client, then completely removing the Spotify application from your phone, doing a soft reset (instructions are mid way down this page) and then reinstalling the application from app world. 

 

Also when you are logging into the new install, connecting to WiFi might speed up the sync process.
