[BB] Cannot log in after 1 day of use !!

I have a blackberry 9360 from virgin I got a 3 month premium subscription to spotify free I activated this on the day I got my phone it worked fine and then proceeded to stop me logging in I have reinstalled the app 4 times and changed my password but still I get an endless loading screen or if I'm lucky I get a login error !!! Please help is there a phone number for spotify !!!

Same issue here. Worked for about a month and then can no longer login on my blackberry, although desktop app still works.

Hi guys,

How much memory do you have available on you BlackBerrys? To log in, you'll need a certain amount of memory free. Could you try freeing up some space, then trying again?
