[BB] Spotify is saving Offline Playlists to On Board memory not the Memory Card HELP!

[BB] Spotify is saving Offline Playlists to On Board memory not the Memory Card HELP!

Hello everyone,

I have BlackBerry 9900 Bold and have been using spotify without too many problems until now. When opening spotify I get the message"The disk is full please free up some space"

I have sychronised an offline playlist of around 2,000 songs and have noticed that the offline songs have clearly saved to the device memory and have filled up my device leaving me with 48mb free.

How can I delete the spotify offline content and force it to save to my memory card and the on board memory.

Many thanks

Spotify would need around 50MB's of free space to run on a Blackberry device.

I think the best thing to do here would be a clean installation of Spotify on your phone, but saving the application to the memory card when downloading again from m.spotify.com. This should hopefully store the caches there too. I've included reinstallation instructions below -

1. Find the Spotify app.
2. Press the menu key.
3. Choose delete.
4. Reboot your BlackBerry when prompted.
5. Visit m.spotify.com and download the application.

I purchased a larger memory card 32GB and reinstalled Spotify. This seems to have fixed the fault.
