[BB] Spotify on blackberry won't work offline!

I just added a new playlist of songs I wanted to sync on my blackberry phone, but despite trying to make the the playlist work offline it just won't do it. they just stay greyed out. I tried numerous things yesterday, including uninstalling/reinstalling spotify on my phone. 

please help. it's really annoying paying for spotify premium so you can have it on your phone and you can't listen to anything. any suggestions appreciated 🙂

I have the same problem, but have not yet found a solution. I've seen several threads describing the same issue, but spotify does not seem to give any solutions.

Spotify show a syncing timeline showing how many songs will be synced, but nothing ever happens. 

I'm very greatful for a solution to the problem.

I too am having this problem. What the F*** are they doing about this. We are entitled to our refunds, they're clowning with our money here
