[BMW] Broken Thumbs

Using Spotify 3.0.1 (iOS) with BMW Connected, the thumbs up/down function for the radio appears to be borken. A thumbs down will skip the song, but the song will be replayed at a later point. A thumbs up is not reflected in the BMW UI, so I have no idea if it's actually taking effect. Are other experiencing this?

I found this topic through the search. I had the same problem with a version of Spotify last year but this was resolved in a later version of Spotify. There is however a new problem in the two latest version of Spotify. When you play a radio and choose "Thumb up" and "thumb down" it works fine however once you have chosen a "thumb up" for a song you can no longer choose "thumb down" for that song.
