Bad transition in The Wall

The transition between The Happiest Days Of Our Lives and Another Brick in The Wall in the album The Wall by Pink Floyd has been bugged for a few weeks now and really needs to be fixed.
This is because one of the two songs, I can't recall which one, is now taken from another album which doesn't contain the right transition.
Being a concept album, transitions play an essential part in the music. It really spoils everything for me when I hear the bad transition and I basically can't enjoy listening to it anymore because it gives me the creeps.
