Welcome to the Community and thank you for your message.

 

The free tier doesn't have any charge because you don't have registered any payment details on our platform. In case you tried to apply for a trial previously or subscribed to any of our plans (registering your card info), it's possible that you activated the Premium features in a different account by mistake.


In this case, we’d recommend logging out and back in by following the steps in this article to see if you can access the Premium account.

However, if you have never registered your card information on our platform, someone may be using it to pay for Premium without your permission.


In this case, since we cannot access user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can search with the charge or your payment info, look for the Premium account and help you further.
