Betreff: No internet connection/ app shows offline despite on WiFi or data


Hello all, 


I would like to open my own thread / issue but cannot find where and how to do it. It is related to this topic as I have a shut down of the app all the time but not cause of WiFi connection. 

If I press in the community "create NEW thread" it just guides me back to the Help page of the community, but I can't post my own comment.

You mention having troubles with the app and having to force quit it. It'd be helpful if you could share some additional details on what's happening and the affected device so we can take a closer look.


In the meanwhile, we'd recommend trying a thorough reinstallation of the app with the steps in this Spotify Answer to see if that helps.
