My Question or Issue

 

I purchased the $4.99 student discount as a high school student taking college classes as extra credit thinking I could get the discount. I realized I couldn't call myself a college student and went back to the purchase page to get the $9.99 for 3 months. I purchased that and checked my card to see if the purchase went through and i was billed for both the $4.99 student discount without filling the following info, and billed for the $9.99 for 3 months. Is there any way I can have the student deal refunded to my account?

The Student Premium charge is likely in a Pending state and will be returned to you soon. Failed payments may appear in your statements as well.
