Blend!

Solved!

Blend!

Hello! I would love to know more in depth about Spotify Blend! So heres a few questions about it. Would love to hear from you, Spotify! Thanks!

1. The number one song on the list, does it have any meaning? Does the order at all in list have meaning?

2. I have seen some googling and questions about the picture order of the people that blends, what do they mean? What does the picture to the left and to the right mean? And why is it different on desktop -  Phone?

3. If you got more interesting facts about Blend, shoot!

Thanks! 🙂

Hey there @Philip251,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

A Blend is a shared playlist where you can see how your taste matches up with the taste of a friend. A maximum of 50 tracks can be shared over this playlist. That being said, we'd like to answer questions:

  1. The playlist order does not mean anything in particular, the whole composition is random in nature. The main idea about a blend is to create a personalized playlist that balances from start to end what you and your friends like to listen to, merging those music tastes to create something everyone can enjoy.
  2. Seemingly, the order in which the participant's pictures appear does not have a meaning either.
  3. As per interesting facts, you can share Blends with some artists. You can give a look at this article to find out who those artists are and to Blend with one of them.
