Bluesound will not play spotify anymore after 3 years of daily use.

Bluesound will not play spotify anymore after 3 years of daily use.



I have a very simple problem as of today. Spotify will not connect to my bluesound notes anymore?


I have spotify premium


I tried from Mac, Windows, iPhone and Ipad, all with the same problem


It indicates "connecting" and then it disappears after 2 seconds and nothing happens


It worked perfectly for 3 years and now **bleep** will not play...


Someone please safe my life...





Why the **bleep** can't you contact Spotify directly? 

This is just like facebook when you have a problem with their site... Ask the community because they don't give a **bleep**

I have had this happen to me before when a friend was over playing music to my Bluesound Player using Spotify on his phone. I'd suggest logging out of your Spotify account in the Bluesound app and re-entering your account details. Sometimes what can happen is that, if someone plays Spotify on your Bluesound using a different account, it will authenticate that account on with the Player and cause you not to be able to see it was a Connect player when logged in to the Spotify app and using your account. 

Give it a try and hopefully it solves the issue for you.
