Buffer Insufficent Loose Conection

Playing Spotify via Sonos.  The following occurs on all platforms, Windows, Mac, IOS.  Message that the buffer is insufficent.  Repeated checks on speed tests right after this message show I have 24 Mbps download.  I have Verizon FIOS.  I see no other sign of a slow internet connection on anything else. Any ideas

Thats not an error I am familiar with on the desktop clients. Do you get a different error from them?

I may not have gotten the wording exactly - but the essence is that there is a buffer problem.  The error comes up in the Sonos desktop client.
